        AQUATEC (Duton Industry Co., Ltd.) provides a comprehensive warranty for its professional diving equipment. We offer a standard one-year (12-month) warranty on key life-support equipment to ensure divers worldwide can trust in the reliability and safety of their gear. Warranty Terms and Conditions

       

            Coverage Eligibility: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of AQUATEC products bought from an authorized dealer. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational scuba diving use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.        

       

            Warranty Service Process: To initiate a claim, contact your local authorized AQUATEC dealer. Proof of purchase is required. AQUATEC will repair or replace defective products at its discretion.        

   
   
       

Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

  • Loss or Theft: Gear lost during dives or transit.

  • User Negligence: Damage from drops, impact, or improper storage.

  • Maintenance Failure: Corrosion or seizing caused by failing to rinse with fresh water after saltwater use.

  • Unauthorized Service: Repairs performed by non-certified technicians.
    •            
  • Commercial Use: Unless explicitly authorized in writing by AQUATEC.
